In celebration of Older American's Month, Senior Services of Albany invites you to National Senior Health and Fitness Day, at the Louise Corning Center, 25 Delaware Avenue, Albany on Wednesday, May 28th.
Events begin at 9:30 a.m. Come for free health screenings ( vision, hearing, blood pressure and diabetes), informational workshops, a cooking demo, and a great array of displays and information to help you live a healthy life.
